jo teree ye udaas haalat kar gaya,
mainne muskura ke kaha usaka naam,
har kisee ke labon par achchha nahin lagata.

लोगों ने पूछा कि कौन है वोह,
जो तेरी ये उदास हालत कर गया,
मैंने मुस्कुरा के कहा उसका नाम,
हर किसी के लबों पर अच्छा नहीं लगता.
