Take up one thought. Make that one thought your life- – consider it, long for it, live on that thought. Let the
cerebrum, muscles, nerves, all aspects of your body, be brimming with that thought, and simply leave each and every other thought
alone. This is the way to progress.

ਸਮੇਂ ਸਿਰ ਨਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਏਥੇ ਕਦੇ ਮਿਲੇ ਰੋਟੀ,,
ਪੈਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਤਾਂ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਟਾਇਟ ਹੁੰਦੇ।।
“ਹਰਸ” ਛੁਪਾ ਲੈ,ਭਾਵੇ ਰੱਖ ਲੱਖ ਪਰਦੇ,,
ਹੱਥ ਜੇਬ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਪੁੱਤ ਨਲਾਇਕ ਹੁੰਦੇ।।
“ਹਰਸ” ਚੇਹਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਖ ਨਾ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੌਸ਼ਨੀ,,
ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਡੋਰ ਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ,ਹਵਾ ਚ’ਕਾਇਟ ਹੁੰਦੇ।।
