💙दिल का दर्द ज़बाँ पे लाना मुश्किल है
अपनों पे इल्ज़ाम लगाना मुश्किल है
बार-बार जो ठोकर खाकर हँसता है
उस पागल को अब समझाना मुश्किल है
दुनिया से तो झूठ बोल कर बच जाएँ,
लेकिन ख़ुद से ख़ुद को बचाना मुश्किल है।
पत्थर चाहे ताज़महल की सूरत हो,
पत्थर से तो सर टकराना मुश्किल है।
जिन अपनों का दुश्मन से समझौता है,
उन अपनों से घर को बचाना मुश्किल है।
जिसने अपनी रूह का सौदा कर डाला,
