हाँ, मैं तीखा बोलता हूँ
सच बोलता हूँ
कड़वा बोलता हूँ
लेकिन, बुरा नहीं हूं मैं।
दिखावे की मीठी बोली नहीं बोलता
पीठ पीछे किसी की शिकायत नहीं करता
मन में दबाकर कोई बैर भाव नहीं रखता
कुंठित विचार नहीं पालता
हाँ, बुरा नहीं हूं मैं।
किसी का बुरा नहीं चाहता
किसी पर छुपकर वार नहीं करता
कभी ह्रदय छलनी हो जाए तो
छुपकर अकेले रो लेता
सबकी मदद दिल से करता
हाँ, बुरा नहीं हूं मैं।
अपनी जिम्मेदारियों से बैर नहीं मुझे
कर्म ही मेरी पहचान है
छलावे के रिश्ते बनाना नहीं आता मुझे
बुरे वक्त में साथ छोड़ना नहीं सीखा मैंने
हाँ, बुरा नहीं हूं मैं।
मौकापरस्त दुनिया ने दिल दुखाया मेरा
फिर भी चुप रहा मैं..
आवाज उठाई कभी जो मैंने
बुरा मान लिया जमाने ने
वक्त नहीं अब मेरे पास इन से उलझने का
हाँ, मैं मौन हूं..
लेकिन,
