ਦਿਨ ਤਾਂ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾਊਗਾ
ਰਾਤ ਕੱਢਣੀ ਔਖੀ ਏ
ਕਿੱਤਾ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਓਹੀ ਸਮਝੁਗਾ
ਚੰਨ ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਰੀ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਏ
ਟੁੱਟੇ ਤਾਰਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਨਹੀ
ਤਾਹੀਓ ਇੱਛਾ ਮੰਗੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਐ
ਚੰਨ ਦੀ ਚਮਕ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਭ ਰਹੀ
ਬੱਦਲ ਛਾ ਗਏ ਤਾਂ ਮਿਲੀ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਏ
