saanu ds aakhir kehde sahaare
asi mohobat vich malang fakeer hoye
saade apne aa lai rakeeb hoye
asi taa shikar v ohna shikaareyaa de haa
jo roohaa nu ishq ch paa bedardi naal chaare

ਅਸੀਂ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਦੇ ਹਾਰੇ
ਸਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਆਖਿਰ ਕਿਹਦੇ ਸਹਾਰੇ
ਅਸੀਂ ਮਹੋਬਤ ਵਿਚ ਮਲੰਗ ਫ਼ਕੀਰ ਹੋਏ
ਸਾਡੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਆ ਲਈ ਰਕੀਬ ਹੋਏ
ਅਸੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਵੀ ਓਹਣਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਂ
ਜੋਂ ਰੂਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ਼ਕ ਚ ਪਾ ਬੇਦਰਦੀ ਨਾਲ ਚਾਰੇ
