कुछ हलचल सी है सीने में
सुकून कुछ खोया – सा है
जाने कैसी है ये अनुभूति
दिल कुछ रोया – सा है
कुछ आहट सी आयी है
और दिल कुछ धड़का – सा है।

हाथ – पाँव में हो रही कंपन-सी
बेचैनी ये जानी पहचानी – सी है
सांसे भी है कुछ थमी – सी
कितने वक्त गुज़र गये इन्तजार में
मेरी आहें भी हैं कुछ जमी – सी।

पलकें अब मूँदने लगी हैं
साँसें अब क्षीण पड़ रही हैं
अब तो आ जाओ इन लम्हों में
जाने कब लौटोगे?
आने का वादा था और ना भी था तो,
तुम्हारा इन्तज़ार तो था..

सारी हदें तोड़ कर आ जाओ
दुनिया की रस्मों को छोड़ कर आ जाओ
चंद लम्हों के लिए ही,
अब तो आ जाओ
मेरे लिए.. सिर्फ मेरे लिए |
