जो दर्द छुपा था सहमी सी आँखों में उसकी, वक़्त लगा पर दिख गया..
उसे भी शायद कोई गम था ऐसा, जो बेरहम इस जमाने से झिक गया..
आँखें मूंदी कई बार तो उसने, शायद गम को कहीं वो छुपा सके..
मगर हर आंसू जो उसकी आंखों से बहा, अपने हर दर्द की दास्तां लिख गया..
