ਅੱਖਾਂ ਚਮਕਦੀਆਂ ਨੂਰ ਬੜਾ ਚਿਹਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ
ਭਾਈ ਰੂਪੇ ਵਾਲਿਆ ਸੱਜਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਨਜ਼ਾਰੇ ਦੇਖੇ ਮੈਂ
ਵਾਰ ਵਾਰ ਫੇਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਖਿਆਲ ਆਇਆ।।
ਤੂੰ ਪੁੱਛਣ ਨਾ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਹਾਲ ਆਇਆ।।
ਕਿੱਥੇ ਹੋਈ ਗਲਤੀ,ਕਿਹੜੀ ਵਜ੍ਹਾ ਨਾਲ ਦੂਰ ਹੋਏ,,
ਜੀਹਦਾ ਨਾ ਜੁਵਾਬ ਕੋਈ, ਉਹੀ ਸਵਾਲ ਆਇਆ।।
ਚੁੱਪ ਚਾਪ ਜਿਹੀ ਹੈ,ਉੱਝ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਹਰਫ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੋਲੀ,,
ਦਿਲ ਦੇ ਵਿਹੜੇ ਹੀ ਯਾਰੋ ਇਹ ਭੁਚਾਲ ਆਇਆ।।
ਦਿਨ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਸਾਲ,ਲੱਗੇ ਬੀਤ ਗਈਆ ਸਦੀਆਂ,,
